Recordo is an encrypted diary app with a built-in people manager

At Terl we're dedicated to bringing you tech that's good. Even before Terl's inception, we've wanted to tackle the hard problem of mental health related problems and Recordo is our first contribution in doing just that.

Recordo is a lot of things. Let's focus on what it does best. Recordo promises to encrypt everything you store in it using one Access Key that you generate on one of your smartphones. Recordo can hold your relations such as friends, family and acquaintances. It can be used to store random notes. It can also be used to keep a running day-to-day diary. Because everything is encrypted with a key you hold, it means that you can use our servers to store your data, so that everything syncs across devices seamlessly, without us (or anyone for that matter) being able to see what you've written.

Or, it can be used in Disconnected mode, meaning none of your data is sent to our servers but kept solely on your smartphone. Or, it can be used in Convenience mode, meaning everything is still encrypted but we can see your records, although you don't have to worry about keys - just like you would use another diary app.

As you can tell, Recordo is a super powered diary app for the masses. No longer do you have to keep a padlock on your diary in your personal vault under your basement. You can just click on the app and start writing 👍.
